Authenticateit is excited to announce that NORCO has implemented Authenticateit to protect its exports from counterfeiting in China.

Established in Byron Bay in 1895, NORCO is a diverse agricultural Co-operative that’s committed to enhancing the economic vitality and diversity of the rural and regional communities it operates in.

NORCO acknowledges that dairy farm sustainability embraces more than just milk production, productivity and profit. It involves environmental stewardship and animal welfare, as such, NORCO’s milk supply division aims to enhance dairy farm sustainability through excellence in agricultural extension and on-farm development.

By joining the Authenticateit platform, NORCO has ensured that its exports pass China’s food serialisation and track and trace regulations, protected its Chinese consumers from potentially unsafe and counterfeit products, and provided consumers with additional insights about fresh, Australian milk.

Authenticateit is pleased to announce that Novagraaf Group has joined with Authenticateit to help prevent the sale of counterfeit and unsafe products in the retail sector.

Novagraaf is an international patent and trademark consultancy that advises its clients on intellectual property strategy and management. Novagraaf believes that brands and consumers need to work together to identify and stop the sale of counterfeit products in the retail sector.

Authenticateit has been working in conjunction with Novagraaf since its foundation, and are excited to be partnering with them to introduce brands to the latest, leading industry standards in serialisation, product traceability, consumer safety and brand protection.

This exciting, strategic partnership assists Novagraaf in being proactive with its brand protection activities whilst providing Authenticateit with a strong European presence.

IN NEW ZEALAND


Authenticateit is very excited to announce that it has established representation in New Zealand. Mr Vadim Mishin will provide support and account management services to Authenticateit.

Before joining Authenticateit, Mr Mishin managed international and domestic teams in document security, brand protection and supply chain optimisation projects in New Zealand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, East Africa, Central America, Russia and CIS.

Mr Mishin offers a unique blend of knowledge and practical experience in high security printing and document and brand protection industries, including anti-counterfeiting, digital authentication, supply chain visibility, safety and security.
REPRESENTATION
IN SWEDEN


Authenticateit has established representation in Sweden, where it will receive support and account management services from Mr Linus Fred and Mr Anders Alm.

Mr Alm is a native Swede who has worked as a lawyer within both the public and private sector for the past twelve years, where he has given advice to both national and international clients in regulatory affairs. Before joining Authenticateit, Mr Alm served as Head of Business Development Europe for an American start-up company, working primarily to solve security and safety issues in the global pharmaceutical supply chain.

Mr Fred is an experienced sales and business development professional, with exemplary strategic planning and leadership skills. Having worked in sales at his previous company, Mr Fred quickly rose to the position of CEO, and has since enjoyed a successful, 20-year career providing healthcare information technology, software for medical laboratories and communications solutions, before joining Authenticateit.

Authenticateit is excited to announce the release of version 4.0 of the Authenticateit smartphone application, featuring two updates – ‘Product Recall’ and ‘Product Insights’.

The Authenticateit app is a smartphone app that empowers consumers with a fast and convenient way to check a product’s authenticity before purchase, whilst providing brands with a powerful tool to track, trace and prevent instances of unauthorised distribution and retailing.

Version 4.0 of the Authenticateit app’s ‘Product Recall’ feature enables consumers to check product safety, access product updates and check the recall status of scanned products. Version 4.0 of the new Authenticateit app also provides consumers with valuable product insights, including additional product information such as product origin details.

The Authenticateit platform’s integration with the World Custom Organisation (WCO) enables customs officers to instantly verify a product’s authenticity when they scan the product’s barcode, which means brands no longer need to verify goods in person and are afforded faster customs clearance.

Partnered, IPM connected brands also enjoy improved efficiency of the seizure of counterfeit products, as well as the benefits of continuous training provided to customs officers on protected partner products.
